Avoid leaving tens of thousands on the table by implementing this ONE thing into your business first
If you don’t have a client catcher system in place, you could be leaving tens of thousands of dollars on the table. I know this because it happened to me on my entrepreneurial journey. I had no idea what a client catcher system was or why it was so critical to the growth of my business.
I’ve been talking about visibility a lot lately — how to get your voice heard and your face in front of your ideal client. If you watched my video Get Visible to the RIGHT clients (Your IDEAL clients), then you’ve been getting in front of the right people.
So now that you’ve attracted your ideal client, what do you do with them? How do you catch the ones that aren’t ready to buy right now?
If you don’t have a system in place to catch your clients, you are working harder than you need to. And if you know me, I’m all about working in your flow and working with ease. We need to build sustainable businesses that we can eventually walk away from.
That’s why a client catcher system is so imperative. If you don’t have one in place, listen up!
What exactly is a client catcher system?
A client catcher system feeds potential clients through a sales process and catches those who aren’t ready to buy from you just yet. It works hand in hand with your client attraction process. A client catcher system allows you to capture relevant information so that you can deliver consistent, valuable content to them.
You’ll want to store information such as:
- Contact information
- Company name
- Email address
- Products they’re interested in
- Previous purchases
One type of client catcher system is a Contact Relations Management System. Examples are Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and my favorite, Ontraport. You’ll want to do your research and try them out to see which one works for you. I love Ontraport for its robust options. They have easy to use templates, and it gives me the ability to set up a membership site. All these systems will allow you to set up specific client lists, send newsletters, and set up drip campaigns.
Another client catcher system you can use is a Facebook group. It’s a great way to connect with your ideal clients and build relationships with them. It’s a great way to keep in touch with future clients!
Why is a client catcher system imperative for entrepreneurs?
Remember — your whole goal for your business is to not trade time for money. To make this happen, you need to put the right systems in place!
Before I had a client catcher system in place, potential clients who weren’t ready to buy took my free advice or offering and bounced. Not because they didn’t want to buy, but because they weren’t ready to yet.
Having a system in place to catch these future clients will help you grow your influence, leading to more cash in the bank to keep serving with high-value impact!
